Hello I’m Tai Blue, practitioner of Qigong, Taiji, Yoga and nutrition. I’ve dedicated the past decade to understanding how to better the flow of Qi (energy) in the body. Truly passionate about qigong and yoga to help open the body, break away stagnation and bring new energy into the body to reach the optimal potential of health and well being, I want to help others get to that potential.
Aiding people in food choices to feel good all the time, avoid alleges, sickness and help myself and others feel like growing older gets better! I’ve had the honor to work with many amazing teachers and many wonderful students from all backgrounds that have helped me better myself as a person and as a instructor to guide others to their potential.
