Jenna Bee

They say yoga finds you when you need it most and that could not have been truer for Jenna. She moved to Colorado in search of adventure after college and stumbled upon a coupon for free yoga in Boulder. After a month, she was hooked. Having grown up in an athletic family, she was drawn to the intensity of power yoga. After studying International Politics, Culture and Religion at a Jesuit University, she found that she really enjoyed exploring her own spirituality. Jessica Van Antwerp

Jessica began practicing yoga in 2002 to fulfill a Phys. Ed. requirement as part of her BA in Philosophy at Texas A&M University. It served as a beacon of light for her awakening in such a small, conservative TX town, and she had no idea that she was embarking on a journey that would color the rest of her life. In 2010, after the desire had been building for over five years, she became certified to teach through the 200-hour CorePower Yoga Teacher Training Program.
