Sean’s interest in massage began when he learned about meditation and the connection between life choices and how these choices are expressed in physically in the body. His practice has developed to focus primarily on structural work. Sean graduated from massage school in August, 2012.
|Sean has completed almost 2000 hours of training cumulatively. He studied myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, manual kinesthetic therapy, and therapeutic massage.
Sean has focused on developing his structural technique especially; using deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy with his knowledge of anatomy to help clients find relief from chronic pain related to either posture or injury. Sean also attempts to assist clients with greater range of motion, and more ease in their bodies. His work tends to be very specific and focused, although it is tailored to the client’s needs.
