In my 12 years of experience with bodywork and massage, I feel I have learned one of the most important lessons in working one on one with clients; compassion for peoples pain. I understand that when someone comes to get a massage they are wanting to “feel better”. They may want to decrease physical pain, de-stress mentally or emotionally, they might have low or stuck energy, or simply may need to relax.
|I have used different massage techniques to improve all of these ailments over the years with great success. My unique method of breath-work, stretching, passive range of motion and promoting stability, has profoundly affected peoples wellness. Teaching my clients to connect with their bodies with subtle strengthening exercises and moving through healthy range of motions; they have truly changed the way their bodies, minds and spirits react to massage therapy. Their realization of the benefits of massage along with my empathy has motivated others to take charge of their own health.Teaching Yoga has infused a whole new sense of peace and creativity to my massage practice. During a one on one Yogassage session I am able to tailor the session to what my client needs in order to be more physically, mentally and energetically healthy. If you have never experienced Yoga before or if you need the instruction to expand and deepen your practice, then schedule a Yogassage session today. Let’s create a healthy space for your body to heal.Namaste,Sarah Tolve- Graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2003- Licenced Massage Therapist in the State of Colorado
