My love of holistic health started for me a decade ago when I moved to Boulder from Tennessee. Since moving to Boulder, I have been devoted to learning and incorporating holistic health practices such as bodywork, nutrition, and medicinal herbalism into my own life. Through my studies I have learned how to take better care of myself and my health, which has resulted in me loosing 100 pounds, and has inspired me to be a lighter and brighter being.
|My own journey from illness to health motivated me to become a massage therapist, herbalist, nutritionist, and natural health practitioner, so that I could share my experience with others and help them along their path to health and wellness.
I attended the Healing Spirits Massage Training Program, North American Institute of Medical Herbalism, and have a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver where I majored in Integrative Therapeutic Practices with a minor in Nutrition and Dietetics. I have also attended classes at Naropa University and Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts, through my herbal apprenticeship over the past 10 years with Brigitte Mars (Herbalist, Author, and Professor).
It is my intention to care for each client’s physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. And, it is my goal that after each treatment you walk away feeling more nurtured, balanced, and renewed. I am here to help, whether your needs are deep relaxation, pain management, or rejuvenation!
