You are welcome to use the studio space however you feel called. This is a great opportunity to take what you’ve learned in a class and make it your own.
Listen to the wisdom of your body and let it guide you in your own practice, whether it be yoga, qigong, meditation, or movement. While your practice will be individual, you will find inspiration in sharing the space with a community of practitioners.
