Our Classes, Workshops and Special Events are offered in our beautiful movement studio located in North Boulder, the Living Arts Center. Come hang out before or after class in our cozy cafe overlooking the flatirons and drink tea or have a meal from Shine.  Check out our selection of delicious superfoods and beverages, and drop by anytime for a massage.
